Madder Challenge 2025
The #Madderchallenge 2025 is coming in November 2025
Please share your love of madder on fabric/paper by posting your makes on Instagram. The challenge has come about because both @Up00cycled and @ Yvonneelliottstitch bought madder in Morocco in 2023, and since it is un- opened, this had to be addressed!!
By using the tag #madderchallenge2025 in each post, we will be able to pick up your posts. Also, please tag
@up00cycled and @Yvonneelliottstitch so we can repost your lovely things -madder.
I suggest a theme for each week;

1st Week November: #Maddertoptip and #Madderinspiration
2nd Week November: #Madderexperiments and #Madderbestmodification (of colour)
3rd Week November: #Madderbestpiece and #Madderblankets
4th Week November: any of the above hastags.
We can’t wait to see all things red/orange/pink/maroon that you have created in textiles using madder. There is no limit to the number of posts, and the timetable is only a guide.
